If you weren't running I'd say hooray for Atkins, but since you need some sort of carbohydrate supply in your system for fuel, you might want to check into some other nutritional plan that allows the right kinds of carbs. Keep in mind that weight loss isn't always about the pounds lost, but other numbers such as body fat percentage and BMI.
