Mile 1102, Chandler, AZ -I was stuck inside all day working. I feel a bit nostalgic because I'm cold. I remember days back in St. Louis and growing up in Cincinnati where the house would not get warm enough. So I put on my Earlham College sweatshirt and my running gloves to get warm, but I'm still cold. I look out the window, expecting to see trees without their leaves, snow on the ground and a grey sky.
But, I live in Arizona. The sky is blue. Palm trees stand ever so still. Cactus on the ground and it's 71 degrees outside. The slight depression goes away and I decide to go for a run. I'll be back after I get a short 3 miler in.
After the run - I got 2 miles in during the middle of the day. I really like running in the afternoon, however, my job doesn't allow it most days. This week I've gotten in two 5 mile runs and today's 2 miler. I'll get a good run in tomorrow and then I'll run the half marathon on Sunday with 5 miles tacked on the end for a 35 mile week.
Real Estate Blogs: I have been busy blogging this week, but it's been developing our real estate blogs. We have three. One for townhomes only. One for real estate in the east valley - Chandler, Tempe, Mesa and Gilbert. One for open houses. Two of them are up and running. Check them out, I'd love the feedback.

Oh man, if you could see the snow here. It's getting deeper by the minute.
Are you going to submit 8 of the miles from the HM to 8 on the 8th? The 9th is fine!!
I'm running on the 9th and I'll submit my time according to my garmin.
Um yeah. Being cold is not all its cracked up to be. Believe it.
I'm getting cold just thinking about seventy degree temps! It's not even that warm in my house! Great running week for you.
I like running at lunch, in the middle of the day. It means I get to sleep in each morning!
Your websites look great!
No wonder you haven't been blogging as much on your running blog. I just checked out the townhomes only and the openhouses blogs, and they are great! It's helpful that you show inside and outside photos, and even the floorplan in at least one unit, along with directions to the openhouses, times, etc. Very thorough. I'd definitely buy a house or condo from you and Amy if I was moving to Arizona!
And, I can't believe you are running a half marathon plus an extra 5 miles, and then doing an open house the same day!
