I ran on tired legs and was doing 12:30 miles with walk breaks after about 1.5 miles. It wasn't pretty, but it was good practice to run tired. I do a lot of that when I run the half marathons.
For the baseball fans, if you look on the map, north of the softball fields you can see an old stadium. It was once the spring home of the California Angels and the Milwaukee Brewers. Now it's the home of weeds and pigeons.
The next run is Saturday morning with the Tumbleweed Running Club. I think we're doing 8 solid miles.

Kick Lisa's butt for me :P
It's amazing just how quickly the landscape changes in this town. All of the GPS systems still show my street as being out in the middle of the desert.
Nice job with the run. Have fun tomorrow!
Good job on the dedication to get in your run. You need to run List into the ground on Saturday.
Aw man, makes me miss softball so much!!! Kick some butt!
I ran around that area MANY a nite last fall during football practice!!! Maybe we need to set up a Thursday night short run ;)
I may be hacking tomorrow, but I'll see you at 6AM!!! Solid miles, eh????
Pat you are an awesome inspiration...sweaty...but still awesome!!!!
Here's two truths:
1. Lisa is not running with us this week. she's on a short vacation.
2. I don't think I'm capable of out running TriJava at this time.
