My Favorite Places to Run Near Home

I mean like within a 20 minute drive of my front door. If you click on them for a map you can toggle between the map and an aerial view.

1. From my house to Desert Breeze Lake and back. 3.5-5 miles.

2. My One mile loop that I began running back in 2006.

3. The canals in south Tempe. Or this way too.

4. Mt. Chandler or the landfill they made into a park. 1 mile loop.

5. The Paseo Trail Canal system in south Chandler.

6. South Mountain - 48th Street entrance.

7. Kiwanis Park, site of my first ever race.

8. Tempe Town Lake.

9. Gilbert Trail from the dog park past Agritopia to Power Road.

10. Freestone Park with three different canals to run on.
