Wall of Fame

At my desk are a lot of my race bibs and medals. Thought you might like to see it.

I like to read Scott Dunlop's blog. He's an incredible trail runner and his last post has some great video of race finishes. You got to check it out.

I'm really looking forward to this year's Olympics. I know two Archers that may make the US Olympic Archery team and since I've been running, I'm really looking forward to all the track events. I hope you are too.

The first Archer is Brady Ellison. Right now he is in 1st place for qualifying for Bejing and only three men make it. You can see Brady on Monday nite. He is the stunt double on CSI Miami. It's an archery scene.

The second Archer is Lindsay Pian. Check out this video of her. And yeah, I'm in it. Can you find me? That's my son Tyler in the white tee next to me. It was before I started running.

You are the first shooter they show? Are you a lefty? And I am guessing that is your son next to you.

That is tyler next to me. I'm left eye dominate, so I shoot left handed. Everthing else right handed.

I need to start being more organized with my race stuff... I might want to look back it someday while sitting behind my walker ;)

I think I'm going to sign up for Valley of the Sun! Have you run it before?

Cool display of race bibs and medals! Can't wait for the day when I earn my first one. :-)

Archery with your son. What a good dad! I think when I started reading your blog, you guys were doing some kind of Japanese sword fighting class.

Pat you always do the coolest stuff with your metals and such. What a great idea. Mine stuff is just collecting dust in a box under the bed LOL

hi there! i'm semi-new to the running blog world, again. i found you through the new RBF site. i thought it was cool that i'll be at some of the races you have up on your agenda although they won't be the same distances. i'll be doing the lost dutchman 10k instead of the 1/2 and the relay portion of the Valley of the Sun 1/2.

I'm impressed by all that you've accomplished.

-one of your newest readers. :)
