Mile 1283, Chandler, AZ - 3.47 miles in 41:25. It was a perfect night for a run. Lots of neighbors BBQing, so I thought about food alot. I ran more tonight than yesterday. About 80% of the distance.

Knee feels fine. Time to ice it and use the stick.

Isn't it kind of strange to run with the aroma of food cooking near by? Kind of makes a person hungry!

Glad your knee is doing well.

Have a great week!

I think I can smell the BBQ from here.

More good news on the knee, Pat. Glad to hear it.

I can relate to the ice and stick references. If you throw in the foam roller then we’re twins! I got in a whopping eleven miles this past week. Between the weather and the mood the weather puts me in, it was horrible. I hope you’re on the road to recovery.

Glad to hear your knee is holding up. More info on the stick, please. I've heard of that thing. Does it really work? Isn't it for sore muscles? What does it do for your injured knee?

BBQ - yum - you're making me hungry!

I always smell Chinese food on my night time runs :)

Glad your knee is doing better and you are getting back on track. We have a run to do buddy!

I don't like smelling food cooking when I am running. I don't know why, they just don't mix to me. LOL
