My plan was to pick up the pace over yesterdays run. 4 miles and I wanted to see if I could stay under 11 minutes per mile. The first mile I did it. The rest were not.
I ended up taking a few walk breaks, but still had a pace of 12:13 (11:36 running/ 16:51 walking) over the four miles. Yesterdays pace was 12:14 over five miles.
Tomorrow is a rest day (softball actually), then I have the 10k on Saturday morning.
