I love playing detective... I don't know who lives there yet but I know the house is on E. Gainsborough Rd. Scottsdale AZ. I assume the person plays golf at the Phoenician Golf Club which is just across the street.
I assume you do have the answer Pat.

Very cool! I love google earth!! Last year when we went to Seattle we were able to chart our walking courses from the hotel before we even left! Cool stuff!
