For those not interested in this show, can you guess which sports team stayed at this hotel for spring training?

Were steroids on the menu? Hint, Hint.
I'm watching Biggest Loser. Gotta love the black team!
I haven no clue who is staying at that place -- I can't even guess!
I cheated and Goggled. I hope the rooms are better than the pictures.
Hint: it's closed now. I doubt anyone would want to stay there. They should change the name to the Scorpion Suites Inn.
Edmonton Oilers??
Wait...Tampa Bay Buccaneers??
Oh oh oh, Colorado Rockies!!! (?)
Man, I don't know. I'm not a big sports buff.
Now I have to check out that score board to see if you're BS-ing me LOL. I'm going to watch it tonight!
Biggest Loser Fantasy League! OMG! Can I still play?
OK I thought I knew until I got Pat's hint, now I am not sure.
When I said hint, I wasn't asking for one but giving one.
I think you got it dan. the team played spring training in the 1930's here and still do. I believe they used this motel for their base back then. today you can find them in swanky Scottsdale. my hint wasn't very good.
Chicago Cubs, that is who plays in Scottsdale.
The Cubs play in Mesa, just a few miles from this motel. But, that is not the correct answer.
Sorry, wrong account *rolls eyes* I pick Amy to be eliminated :-)
Do I owe you a new keyboard because you saw how much I used to weigh? LOL Or was it cause I was talking smack? :>P See ya Saturday. I invited Angie (one pink fuzzy) to join us as well. Head over to her blog and tell her how much fun we are. :>)

and the answer is. . . The New York Giants Baseball team from the 40's and 50's. Before they moved to San Francisco. This team now trains in downtown Scottsdale every march.
For some great pictures of the Buckhorn Baths Motel go to
Buckhorn Baths
I only got it because I used my good friend Google. Never leave home without it.
