I thought you might like to see the parking garage or my hill workout.
Tonight was a light nite. I did a mile walk with my wife and daughter and then I ran 2.55 miles at a 12:14 pace. No walk breaks - I do love these cooler temps. It was day 76 and the third day of running in a row.
Great job on getting some hill work in! I think I know right where that building is! Let "The Girls" know if you are up for running on Saturday am. We need our waterboy. Not sure what you decided about the 10K.
Is Arizona really so flat that you have to run in parking garages to do hill work? That will definitely make RnR AZ a pleasant surprise. My neighborhood resembles a roller coaster, with everything but the loop!
I'm still having trouble thinking of 70s as cool, but I understand that it is all relative. We define 70 as warm weather here in Seattle, and when it gets over 80 we start to complain about the heat.

What a great idea, hills in a parking garage.
I don't think I put in my bonus vote off for tonight's episode of biggest loser. I think Julie of Black team is going.
You need the cop waiving in the photo...
That is a great way of getting in hills. Here in South Jersey hills are hard to find.

Sweet!! I'll have to try that. You're good, my man!
I really gotta find a parking garage to run in! What a neat thing to do!

I used to consider the speed bumps as my hill workout.
