A night for running

It started out at Olive Garden, where I had the Toscana Strip Steak, medium rare with mixed vegetables instead of the potatoes.

Then I went out for a quick 2 mile run while the family watched X Files. We're the only family in America that has not seen Scully and Mulder when it was on TV. We have the DVD set. Next we'll play with our new Wii Fit.
Have you played on a Wii Fit before? First you get your Wii Fit age. Mine is 40 or 6 years younger than my actual age.

The push ups are on the hard side, because the board isn't wider than your shoulders. Your hands have to be on the board, so it makes it challenging.

The running is done in place. Not something you'd want to do for an hour. I ran in place for about 3 minutes and it was kinda fun. A small trampoline might fix the problem. The yoga is tough. The nice thing is they have a red dot that shows your balance, so that you need to keep it centered. There's a few other games that make it challenging too.
No, I didn't eat the whole steak. So tomorrows lunch will be great.

My fave at Olive Garden is the soup and salad, carbs of course. Sounds like you are doing well with the diet.

I'm going to have to get on the push up band wagon here soon. It seems like I'm the rare one not doing them. It would be good for me and fun to see where I'm at.

Love me some Wii Fit. My age varies from 20-34 (I'm 29) depending on what tests they have me do that day LOL
