I am spending today and tomorrow in a real estate class on negotiations. Negotiating is the most important skill your REALTOR can offer you. Here's a video we watched.
Today's Run
5.44 miles in a little over an hour. I found a nice little 2 mile loop in Fulton Ranch. Afterwards I played two softball games. We split.
