No coffee tonite and I still ran great. My first mile was at 11:10, a PR. The second mile was in 12:07 for a total of 23:17, a PR. Then I ran a 13:02, a 14:40 and a 13:38 for a 5 mile PR of 1:04:37.
It was a wonderful run,
