I started my run as soon as the temps got down to 101. I could see toward the southeast lightning. Could I get my run in before the rains came. I decided to keep my run near home.
Here's what I got done:

Jenn = heat wimp.
Pat
What did you to do to my Brewers? They look like a totally different team last night. I might have to print out and eat my words.
Pat you are an inspiration. I remind myself about you when I'm sweating my ass off in my cold Michigan basement on the treadmill.
Now I totally feel like a wuss for refusing to run outside if it's above 90 degrees. Next time it's above 90 here I'm going out in it just to prove my manhood.
Sprinkles, huh. Oh yeah, it's monsoon season, isn't it.
Nice job, Pat!
what kind of elevation gain/loss do you get on your stationary bike?
on a more serious note - c flat.
Wow...I do not know how you can run in this heat. Good for you, but be careful!!!
