run: 4.33 miles on the treadmill

days: 26 consecutive.
Nothing real exciting to report. Dropped my daughter off at the Volleyball Awards Dance and then headed on over to Pure Fitness to run on the treadmill. I thought PF was a 24/7 facility, but right as I was finishing up, they announced they were closing shortly. Good thing I got my workout and a shower in before I got the boot.
I am having trouble with my email account. If you are having trouble leaving a comment here, that's probably why.
